About Kevin Duffy

My father started Duffy Real Estate Company in 1965 when I was 2 years old. As I got older I learned being in a family with 6 kids, you do not get everything you want or ask for. There is a way to get what you want by working. My experience started when I was a kid in 3rd grade. I told my dad that my friend from school was moving. This was my first experience in Real Estate. I made my first referral income and I was rewarded with my first paycheck of $80. A few years later my father would bring me to a parking lot of an apartment complex that we managed that had more than 100 parking spots. I was given a large garbage bag, a broom, and a shovel. He told me to make sure I get every cigarette butt. Back in 1976 everyone smoked and there were 1000's of butts. Going thru high school I was exposed to hard work in our property management company thru high school. My father told me I could work from my neck up or my neck down. I took my real estate license exam in 1983 while in college. None of my friends were buying houses so I worked in open houses almost 7 days per week. I continued selling real estate through high school. I  never wanted to look into a different career after college
